Have you ever wondered why my company is called Spines?
When I talk to people about Spines, they always ask me “why did we choose this name?”. Well, there is this neuronal regions called dendritic spines.
Dendritic spines are microscopic, highly specialised regions of the neuronal membrane at sites of synaptic contact. These tiny structures are the postsynaptic elements of synapses and are critically involved in memory and cognition in the brain.
